Amanda Uprichard Floral Dempsey Dress Size Small (like new)

I love this dress however it does not fit me anymore! It is a size small and I would say fits true to size, around a size four for reference. It has only been worn twice and is in like new condition with no blemishes or threats. Extremely cute dress for the spring/summer and can definitely be dressed up or down! Willing to negotiate😊
