There are multiple flaws that can be seen in different lightings. Back: Top left shoulder and in the middle are what appear to be white bleed spots. On the front chest: spots that look as if there was a spill. They are difficult to notice immediately, but they are noticeable in the right light. The tag on the inside shows signs of bleed, which leads me to believe it has been wet at some point. The only signs of spill are on the front, which is not very noticeable but is located near the chest of the dress.
