nelartwork @susieq5960 yes they can vary do to the machines cutting the multiple layers of fabric. When I tried them on they fit as a size 14 should and I purchased them. I lost weight and I'm a 12 now and back into my old jeans. Maybe you should only buy jeans/pants if you can try them on.
