Amanda + Chelsea Black Pencil skirt. Skirt is fully lined, has some small pleats in the front, back slit, hidden zipper in back and has belt loops around waist (belt is not included). Skirt is pre loved and in very good condition. No holes, tears or stains in fabric. Inside Lining has some wear along the seams. Size 4. Skirt is 63% polyester, 33% viscose and 4% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester. Approximate measurements- waist- 15 inches, hips- 18 inches, length- 25 1/2 inches.
