magludmich @16vanormang the waist is roughly 11 ish inches, but the material is a little stretchy (jersey material)

magludmich @16vanormang actually for the waist I measured just below the bust. And for the bust probably A's B's and C's could fit. At the time I was an A and I wore a bra underneath it.
