plumcreekbtq @ladytexan Good morning... our tees are unisex tees and sizes based on US sizing guidelines. The sizing chart, in the photos, is accurate. I'm not sure what a "true 3X" would be but if the sizing chart is used as a guide for sizing, the shirt will fit based on those measurements.
