This awesome vintage Alvin Valley pleated skirt measures 15” in the waist and is about 16.5” in length. Fabric is 96% wool and 4% Lycra. The wide waist band is genuine leather. It is dark blue with whiskey or tan leather. Excellent vintage condition. Slight impression on the leather from hanger clips. Preowned. Appears to have never been worn. So fun!
