This gorgeous Altuzarra coat is in great preloved condition! Size 42 = US Size 10 75% Wool, 20% Polyamide, 5% Kashmir Made in Italy It is lined Please see last photo - there are just a few markings on the bottom of the lining There are two flap pockets on the front - these pockets are still partially sewn closed There is also one small chest pocket Single button closure - buttons shows a little wear, please see photo. It has a ruffled, peplum like hem Laying flat and with the front buttoned armpit to armpit measures approximately 19 1/2” Sleeves measure approximately 24” from the shoulder seam to the end Center back length is approximately 29 1/2” from the collar seam down the length of the jacket
