The waist measures at 13 in (this is a high waisted skirt) the length is 40 in The slit (from the bottom of the skirt to the top of the slit) measures 24in The liner (from the top of the skirt to the bottom of the liner is 14 in)---the liner is shorter as the slit is higher on the skirt.
