Alter’d State Summer dress Large Tiered knee length with flutter cap sleeve.

This is a very cute Alter’d State, casual summer dress. The mostly white dress has shaded light blue striping and is lined. It’s in Excellent condition. Although I wore it as an adult to a summer cookout, I think it’s true market is teens. I do love the feminine and easy going vibe of this dress.
