Altar’d State navy & lace shift dress

Navy sleeveless shift dress with cream colored lacy top layer. New with tags. Very beautiful, unique dress! Minor defect: was purchased without a button on the strap that is supposed to fasten at the neck. No damage on the strap, and a spare button attached to the tag, so it would be easily fixed by sewing the button on the strap. Price reflects this defect.
