Altar’d State dress

Size small Altard State dress. Pretty maroon color with flowers. Has a solid maroon skirt underneath. The top chiffon overlay has two slits that come up to the knee and makes it look really flowy. The waist is stretchy and the sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulders.
