Altar'd State Swiss Dot Sweater w/ Chiffon Tie Back & Hem Size Small

Very cute sweater with a lot of character. The back has a deep V plunge that ties at the top with a chiffon ribbon. Decorative chiffon lines the bottom hem. Measures a front length of 37", a back length of 34", and pit to pit is 18". Excellent condition.
