Altar'd State Striped dress

Navy and white Altar'd State Striped Dress. Never worn. Didn't try it on prior to purchasing and runs short. I'm 5'8" and was too short for my liking. Would fit better on someone shorter and petite. A slight pull on threads near the pleats. Was like this when purchased. See images. Size small.
