Altar’d State Square Fit Striped Ruffle Hem Sweater

Altar’d State square fit, striped sweater blouse with a ruffle hem and raw edges. Lovely neutral color scheme, sandy golds, tan, black and white. In very good preloved condition, may have a loose thread or two, but nothing I can spot to note. Size medium, fits just above the hip, sleeves hit just above the wrist.
