It does have an inner lining that is longer and has a ruffle bottom, giving a layered look to it. It does have two front pockets. The outer layer does have side slits. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 25 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 34.5 inches.
