Altar’d State Puff Sleeve Floral Maxi Dress size Small

NWOT Altar’d State puff sleeved criss cross open back maxi dress. Very flattering and fits true to size. It does have a lining that makes it not see through. The top of dress stretchy but the bottom is not. It does have a tie in the back. Very cute and perfect for spring!! Flowers are carnation pink, lavender and baby blue. All offers welcome!
