Altar'd State Off the Shoulder Floral Maxi Dress

This is an off the shoulder maxi dress with a pretty blue and pink floral design. The top part of the dress is smocked (including the small sleeves). It also ruffles a little bit along the top lining of the dress and it has 2 slits on the front.
