Altar'd State Navy Dress

Classic navy Altar'd State dress. There is a lovely lace detailing around the neck and in the back of the dress. The color is closest to the picture where I'm wearing the dress; it's definitely navy rather than bright blue. Size small. Would be perfect for weddings, graduation, or homecoming.
