New without tags! Never worn, but may have a loose thread or tiny fuzz here or there from being in my closet for a while. Very soft and comfortable, has elastic for a more comfortable fit. Gorgeous flowy sleeves and skirt part, V neck hem, comes in at the waist for a flattering fit. Super cute navy with white flower pattern, florals are perfect for summer vacation, a cruise, or even a wedding guest dress! The material tag came kind of blurred and hard to read, looks like it’s 100% polyester but I’m not fully sure, please see photo of tag.
