sne9708 Is this fitted all the way down? Or does it loosen up under the corset?

jadeaugust @sne9708 The top (corset-like) part has no wire or anything and is fitted with a smocked back. The bottom (skirt) is has a looser, flowy fit. Hope that helps! :)
