trolleywood @sarwa76 hi! So this has an elastic/stretchy waist but laid flat measures approx 13.5” across the very top, a bit wider below that, then length from top to the very bottom of the lace is approx 21”. I can always add photos with measurements too if you need. Thanks for checking it out!
