jrose0504 @hollyjmorgan does it run small? I normally wear a medium in tops because I have broad shoulders but I'm 5'4 and have a slim build so if you can provide the shoulder measurements that would help.

hollyjmorgan @jrose0504 sorry for the late reply, had to move back to school! shoulder to should is about 16 and half inches. i am 5’4 too and it personally fits well at the shoulders
