Altar'd State Blue and White Patchwork Dress

Charming blue and white patchwork dress by Altar'd State. Features a floral pattern with lace details. I would say this runs small I am 5”2 130 lbs and this still fits me but it’s a tad loose… would say it’s more of a medium.
