Altar’d State Black Floral On or Off Shoulder Dress w/Full Smocked Bodice Large

This dress is very pretty and perfect for a wedding or any other event. It can be worn on or off the shoulder. The bodice is smocked and stretchy all the way around proving a lot of give. The pit to pit measures 17 inches (plus that extra stretch) and the length if worn from the shoulder is 34 inches. If measuring from the top of the bust line, it would be 28 inches from top of the bust to the bottom. It’s in excellent condition with no rips, holes or stains.
