calikprty @cgalshop87 that’s a great question depends on the brand 8/10 29 inch waist 43 around my glutes if that helps. Great material super stretchy I’m 5’8 they are full length. With this brand all there leggings I’m a medium in pretty much all active wear. Now this brand is so stretchy I could fit it the small with no problems I’m just not into the super compressed feel when working out I need space.
