Just want to share halo disappointment. Wear then to the gym first time.
However!!! This new material is either too soft or style of weaving too flimsy they coming apart on stitching already (on the back of the leg, under butt, where seam between leg and crotch gusset.
already have holes, some just starting pull/ runs like holes. Replacement was sent.
Just for info I am 5’5” 112lb XS.

Oh no, I got the ones in black, but haven’t worn them out yet or even taken the tag off or anything, should I return them? Also, I got the striped joggers in large the last launch and this launch got the black joggers in a size large, but they were much longer and baggier? Just wanted to know someone else’s opinion on the joggers cuz idk if they shrink a little in the wash or?

Good to know! Just got mine in today, haven’t worn them to the gym yet, only tried on! That is SUCH a bummer. And also super frustrating! When paying that much for a pair of leggings, I expect quality. Smh. I’ll try wearing mine to the gym in the morning and see how it goes. If they tear I am returning them ASAP! @hchonch yeah I really thing it’s weave style then makes material to thin. This is workout leggings that suppose to be strong and durable. This would not last through leg, butt workout. I really like color of this, but don’t know how all those athletes raving about them. Now I don’t think I can’t trust to what they say. Lol even though it’s always same thing “this is my favorite launch, best legging ever” blah blah. Maybe this leggings for running errands? ;-)

@mayshopping UGHHHH ya I’ve been thinking that too especially after the Aero legging drop all the athletes were “in love” and after Halo dropped then a bunch of them were talking about the issues with Aero like too long and tight and not high enough waistband so it just makes me think like what details are they hiding!!

@hchonch omg I totally agree!! I hate how they come back and say different things after each launch!! Though I will say i wore my halo all throughout a brutal leg day and didn’t have any issues. I’m wearing it on my Insta: zfitngo. A lot of athletes said they’re like the OG and they’re not. They’re just comfy and stretchy but no where as flattering as the old one

@zoreenkabani seems like with so many of those athletes, that could test new product for 3-6 month before releasing it. I feel like it’s not even great business decisions to releasing new product before working all of most of the kinks out.

I’m super disappointed. Some of my colors are stretchy and some of them so stiff I can barely get them over my bum and I was afraid of them ripping. I kept debating on whether or not if I was going to send them back. I got all the colors and I think I will be returning them all. Because nothing is more frustrating than spending your money on something and after one wear it rips a hole in it and then all the company offers is 10% off.

Why would I want to wear all stitched up legging, I find it insulting. I did not buy a DIY project, I purchase pair of leggings. Last revivals had larger waist band, Aero tent to develop runs from that mesh. This Halo is just ticking time bomb and so easy to separate and rip weaving type decorative design on the bum. The way they made - they will all do that

@mayshopping yeah that’s a joke. Not to mention the fact yours ripped in the crotch, how you suppose to fix that? I got a shirt with a stain on it and they offered me to keep it and wash it to see if would come out with 10% off code. I said no I want my money back.

@mayshopping I love the colors of the Aeros but I just can’t spend that much money on something only for it to wear once and fall apart. I don’t know why he keeps revamping his leggings. At least keep more revivals coming because you know those were working for you.
I do like the aero bras🤣🤷🏻♀️.

Omg that is awful!! Ordered halos this launch and they’re supposed to arrive Monday. Didn’t love the Aeros and the last R6 launch I had issues with my navy blue pair- the first pair they sent me was torn along a seam, they sent me a replacement in the wrong size, each time they offered me a $15 credit to keep them or to send them back for another replacement- took over a month to get them in the end. Agree their customer service isn’t the best 😞

@zoreenkabani my hot pink, grey and blue were stretchy and soft. My red, black, and rose pink were stiff and not stretchy at all. And once I took them off they stayed stretched out all wonky like.

I felt like I should input so not everyone freaks out. I got mine in on Thursday and I’ve worn two separate pairs for leg day and they held up beautifully. They are def not fully sweat proof, but when I’m deadlifting and squatting heavy I am known to sweat extensively. They held up perfect for me. No seams ripping or fraying.

However I do think they have a quality control issue. I had to return one of my Aeros last launch because it was sent with a hole near the crotch and there was no way I’m keeping those 😂

@kraymond_5 they did not rip on seam. They rip / separate on weaving design / details lines. Because that decorative weave lines are not as strong.
Seams holding fine it’s material itself what is issue.

@mayshopping I still hold to my opinion. Mine have shown no issues. It could just be quality control. I lift quite heavy in mine and put them to the test. I have large legs for my size and so far I’ve been okay. The design is going to add in a weak spot in the leggings and I fully agree with that. I just think some leggings are weaker than others due to inconsistency. I’m sorry they didn’t work for you though!

I also wanted to say something so people don’t freak out- I did a very heavy leg day in my black pair today and they held up awesome! Got softer/stretchier towards the end too. I have a big lower body for my size (5’2 135lbs ish and got a S in grey and black), old revivals didn’t even fit me right. Maybe it’s a quality control issue

Sooo I’m not saying I’m freaking out but hearing all this and having an issue with my navy R6 shorts back in September....well I’m not that hype about the Black Friday launch. To me with those issues it’s not worth waking up mad early to make a purchase, I think I’ll just wait until the morning lol. If things aren’t available oh well.

@jehogan Yea I feel like everyone is going to have a different experience. I wore all my halos and haven’t had an issue with any of them. They held up well for cardio/leg day/ upper body. And I haven’t had an issue with any of my Aeros yet either. And I wear my leggings and expect a lot from them.

@kraymond_5 after replacement pair ripped in exact same area. I found out that it turn out to be known defect with halos. Alphalete aware of it they call it a “high defect area”. So all halos are faulty or will become faulty in short period. I expect $60 leggings to last more then few month, for sure. Neither one of my pair did not hold over 1 workout.

But when you say 7-10 business days and you hear ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in those 7-10 business days and then it’s past those 7-10 business days then I lose my patience. I haven’t emailed them because of the high volume and I noticed some people were emailing them after two or three days so I’m sure they are now bogged down on emails but at this point I just want to cancel and have my money back.

Hello! I have a question, I normally wear a size small in alphalete & I noticed my size small halos ripped in the same area. Do you think if I were to have gotten a bigger size like medium they would’ve done the same or no? Or do you think it’s just the style of them? @brittazar I always wear xs in Alphalete and 2 in lulu. It’s not sizing issue it’s issue of the fabric weaving. I returned first pair thinking it’s defective and they send me replacement. Same thing happen to it, so I returned and will not mess with any halo legging again.
