morganstepha @seasom3 I’ve experienced a few delays but also yeah, it’s usually ok. Assuming it was after collection on Monday when I mailed it, 48hrs was yesterday. I’ll give it until EOD today to start tracking and if not, reach out to customer service to see if they can help :)
