Almost brand new top - Joie Saliate tank, 💙

Joie makes some of my absolute favorite clothing. I purchased this tank new with tags (the style is called Saliate) from another Posher, but decided it wasn't me after one wear. I wish it was because it is very cute! It's almost a bandana-like print. 100% silk, size small. This is a deal because the original tag had it listed as $180, which is totally crazy! Offers accepted, but please be reasonable. No low ball offers.
