Almost Famous Dress

Almost Famous black dress. Above the knee length but not mini. Has a double skirt so features cute double ruffle hem. Halter top with lattice design front leading to a high neck which closes in the back of the neck with two buttons. The back does zip up to a nice size keyhole that leads up to the buttons. The dress does have a defined waist as shown in pic. Will require racerback bra. Poly/spandex...does have stretch to it. Has a crepe look and feel to it. Size Junior Medium. BRAND NEW WITH TAGS!
