aatody @losangeles_shop i was ~155-160 lbs when when I got married. I wore smaller heels (2.25”). I didn’t have any alterations done except for cups put in (I’m a C/D cup). I believe my seamstress just stitched the lace up so it the hem could be taken down again. I just looked at the hem and you can see the extra lace is sewn under. The dress was only worn about ~4 hours. This dress is AMAZING, super flattering, and all around gorgeous!

aatody @losangeles_shop measurements: 38/30/41.5. Only adjustment made was hem, I’m 5’5 and wore a short heel. Also, C cups (could be removed easily) and 5 point bustle done.
