Allsaints croptop with elbow cutouts

Fun hi-low crop top to layer with tanks. On me the elbow cutouts are a little too high up, this will fit a more petite person better! Could be a nice loose top for someone XS, maybe it wouldn't even be a croptop! Well-loved item. See photos for condition. Cotton.
