The Doterra essential oils used in this blend are pre-diluted with fractionated coconut oil. Features an allergy relief blend of: -peppermint-clears airways -lemon-kills germs/cleanses -lavender-is a natural antihistamine Roll on sinuses, throat, around ears, back of neck, or anywhere you feel allergies bothering you, throughout the day. Less oil, more often. You can use every 15 min if needed. ‼️Citrus oils photosynthesis in UV light. Do not use before going tanning or being out in the sun. Simply use the roller in places that don’t see the sun :)
