Allen Schwartz Vintage Dress

This is a unique one piece dress by A.B.S. Allen Schwartz. Bohemian flaire the top is stretchy while the bottom half is not. Skirt part ties at the waist with two small bells. Heads will turn when you wear this! Please note some fading in shoulders which I tried to show in photo.
