Allen B. Black & White Stripe Hoodie Dress

Appx 35 inches long from shoulder to hem. Would look great as a dress or a tunic and leggings or skinny jeans! Hood and slight shoulder pads are unique and make for an outfit no one else has! Shoulder pads could be cut out. Never been worn!
