AllSaints dress NWOT

A fun style perfect for warm weather wear, the AllSaints Caylan Harris Dress features ruffle shoulders and neckline, and a pleated waistline. I love this dress but have never worn it out so I need to let it go. Pic of me included so you can see the style. There are gold flecks in the dress, it’s such a pretty fabric. I saw this worn in a TV show or movie once but I can’t remember the show!
