runs small? I am a true 9. would they possibly be too small for me?

@zztwin hi. the boot is labeled a size 40 which is supposed to be like 9.5 -10 US. I wear a 8.5- 9 US and I always had to get a 40 at AllSaints. from my experience their shoes run small. I hope this helps.
