AllSaints Bussled Floral Skirt - Victorian Look

Old AllSaints is the best AllSaints, and I’ve had this piece for a while, but it’s hardly been worn. The gathered and bustled construction of the skirt give it a distinctive look, which is somewhat Victorian/Steam Punk.
