alaustin @mallygray yes! The sleeves are detachable so you could either wear them or not deciding on your look and they are tulle! When I bought it, they even said the straps are detachable or not depending on if you want to tuck it or have it altered and removed.

alaustin @mallygray if you Google the dress and company, you can see two different ways that people were wearing it, which is with the straps and sleeves or just the dress
