🎶 All that Jazz True Vintage/Retro pencil dress

One of a kind a true Vintage pencil dress by All that Jazz.This retro design pencil (front) high-low (Back) dress is an original with an open backless design and a buttoned down skirt to the back of the dress. The dress features two large pockets to the front and a high neck collar with attached shoulder pads. For reference the dress is a size 5 and my display is a size 6 and barely buttoned her at the waist. following are measurements laying flat: waist: 13” inches, chest and hips 16” inches.
