All pure white cotillion dress

All pure white cotillion dress. Altered to specific national cotillion requirements. The bust is a lace up corset so it can fit many sizes and has a built in bra. For the length I am 5'5" and worse 3.5" Heels. This has been worn one time and is in mint condition. Skirt can be made more or less fluffy by adding or taking away some of the layers. The brand is from a local boutique.
