All That Jazz Part Linen Tan Skirt Size 3 Juniors, Runs X-Small, for Pre-Teen?

This was part of a dress that I had a professional seamstress make into a skirt many years ago when I was super slender. It's marked as size 3 juniors but the waist is only 22 inches, stretches to 24. I think easiest for a pre teen or younger to wear unless you are super tiny. I do not feel it's a true size 3 juniors and want to be clear in my listing. Perhaps best for a slender pre teen or teen? 2 pockets in front Buckle belt One side zipper 50% linen and 50% rayon Beige/light tan/taupe color.
