It is sad that we have to do that. Unfortunately Poshmark doesn’t always side with the good people so we have to make sure that we do everything we can to protect ourselves. tnt4569 @mpsweettreats Please if you have any questions please please ask. That is the only way that you will learn. I am a very trusting person and I never thought that people would be so malicious and evil. No one bothered to reach out to me to warn me of anyone either. I had listings up warning people about certain sellers and Poshmark took them down and I was reprimanded.

tnt4569 @mpsweettreats Some buyers if something doesn’t fit or they don’t like it they will poke holes in it some will even go so far as to take pictures of an empty box and say that they never received anything. Once you file a complaint with Poshmark and turn in the photos they investigate and if you the seller doesn’t have photos of you boxing everything up and in great shape they will 100% of the time side with the buyer and refund the buyer and then you will get your item returned destroyed.

tnt4569 @mpsweettreats I always photograph and video every single item up close. I zoom in from the moment I take it out of the box its stored in showing me wrapping it putting it in an airtight bag putting it into the box taping it putting a label on going to the post office and actually dropping it in the box. Every single moment is photographed and videoed.

Once, a buyer claimed the jeans were ripped around the zipper area; they weren’t -she gave me a 1 ⭐️ rating & posted neg. comments. researching buyer It was apparent what happened;she tried on jeans&ripped them in the process. I also received complaint of overwhelming perfume Oder&this buyer’s allergic to everything&she couldn’t wear w/out dry cleaning 1st; funny part, I only use in scented, hyper- allergenic or dry-cleaning; got another bad review. I’ve learned that do research on buyers before selling to them; I read everything I can before accepting or shipping out. I’ve noticed (for me) the ones who ask questions and receive truthful answers are good buyers.

Coming here and talking to such wonderful women and shopping used to be such a happy time for me and honestly I’m just so disturbed and disgusted. If you look at my history I used to spend hundreds of dollars every single day but since I alerted posh as to what was going on i got punished because she complained. It’s sad that they will listen to her someone who steals but they won’t listen to me someone who helps other people‘s closets to grow.

tnt4569 @buizybee09 shes straight up trash. My son was in the hospital sick and I sent her brand new pieces of clothing. After a month and a half of her ignoring me she finally said that she was going to send it and then of course she didn’t. Now a year later she’s telling other people that it was a misunderstanding she was sick. Why didn’t she tell me she was sick if she was really sick. I waited patiently she never communicated to me.

tnt4569 @gmabarb never ever ever give anyone your personal information of any kind. Trust no one!! You can’t actually delete comments here on Poshmark the person would have to delete the entire listing. You don’t have to give out any information to get a discount. once you like something or bundle it they can automatically offer a special price to you.

On the 3rd day, the buyer excepted and rated me 2 stars stating the bottoms were discolored and there was lots of piling which is completely false. nikkidahl @tnt4569 no I got paid. She didn’t open a case. I just asked her if she was unhappy with the bikini bottoms or the price she paid, instead of rating me 2 stars and giving me a bad review, I would have been more than happy to let her return it.
