A-line Red White and Blue Polka Dot Dress Small

This dress is super cute. I call it the Minnie Mouse dress. I'd totally wear to Disney. Anyway.. bought it at a boutique here and wore it once for work. Navy blue skirt with white polka dots. Red sash belt with white polka dots. Sleeveless white lace like top. White lining under skirt. Size Small. Probably still fits but don't have anywhere to wear it
