Excellent condition. Worn once for Halloween. This runs LARGE. The tag says size 9-12m, however our girl was 15 months on Halloween, weighs 23 lbs and it was slightly big on her. We used a ponytail to tie up the dress in the back so she wouldn’t trip over it (see video). I believe this would be great for 15m-2t toddler if your daughter is normal height and weight for that age range. It’s a beautiful dress, zips up in the back. There are two very small, very faint blemishes. She had cotton candy on Halloween and touched the apron with her hands. There are two VERY faint spots which are in photos 2 and 3. If you can’t see it, then it’s not even noticeable. I only know it’s there because I saw her touch her dress after eating it. I spot cleaned it. Smoke free/ pet free home
