Alice in Wonderland Inspired Tutu Dress

Worn once for a Photoshoot. This is a toddler girls one size fits most costume. The top corset is lined and stretchy. The tulle is soft and not itchy. The skirt is very voluminous. I recommend fluffing it up upon receipt. For reference, my daughter wore this when she was wearing size 2T in street clothes.
