This black cocktail dress was worn just once. It’s made from a velvet lace with a high neck and see through high neck and a sweetheart neck lining. The back is open with 3 snap closure at top and skirt is three layers with tulle in middle and a silky blend underneath complete with a band to give the skirt flounce.
