Chiffon, black with rainbow stripes. Pussy bow/neck tie style. I wore this once with my high waisted bell bottom jeans, just haven’t worn it since. Trying to make a capsule wardrobe. LOVE this, so cool. It’s quite thin/breathable, not lined (I had to wear a tank underneath), but not sheer.
