Alga White and Blue Seersucker Skirt

Blue and white seersucker skirt by Alga. A-line cut. Fitted at the waist and gently goes out until the hem. The bottom of skirt has changing fabric direction to add more dimension to the look. Zipper close in the back. Does not have any stretch. Size Small. Great condition, only worn once!
