Alfredo Angelo Olive green ¾ strapless dress

Size 12, 3/4 length Alfred Angelo Olive green sweetheart dress. There are a few snags on the netted material as shown in the pictures. The snags are not very visible when you have the dress on as the netted material is see-through. Netted material detached a bit in the back where zipper meets as shown. Might be an easy fix? I bought it at a size 12 and did not have it altered. The size tag has been removed. Only worn once to a wedding. Fabric: 100%polyester Interlining: 50%cotton 50%Polyester
